Head of RCM Operations

About the role

You run the billing floor. Every claim, every denial, every client SLA is ultimately yours. You set the quality standards, build the training program, and grow the team from 13 to what comes next.

This role reports directly to the founders and shapes how Billwise operates as it scales.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end RCM delivery across all client accounts
• Set and enforce quality, productivity, and compliance standards
• Build and run the training program for new billers
• Manage client escalations and performance reporting
• Hire, structure, and grow the operations team

What we look for

• Solid hands-on US RCM experience, you have worked the full cycle yourself
• Prior team leadership in a billing or BPO environment
• Deep understanding of US payer landscape, denials, and compliance basics (HIPAA)
• Strong English and client-facing communication
